Poh is currently the director for Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC), Asia. He is responsible for facilitating relationships with members and partner organizations and providing face-to-face opportunities to meet with other members to help them build and develop the FSISAC threat intelligence exchange community in Asia Pacific. This supports the effective sharing of cyber threat intelligence that enhance the security of the financial industry and adds value to the membership. Before FS-ISAC, Poh was director of security services, working with public healthcare institutions to innovate and transform healthcare in Singapore with more than 25,000 users. He was responsible for setting the security strategies, policies and standards on the protection of valuable, sensitive information assets within these healthcare institutions. He was also part of the national Electronic Medical Record Exchange and Electronic Health Record projects.
